About The Position

Responsible for ensuring commercial/residential buildings are in compliance with Fire and Building codes by performing the following duties. Essential Functions Inspects commercial/residential buildings for fire and safety hazards and to ensure compliance with Fire and Building codes in coordination with building owners Documents and follows up inspection results as needed Trains new customers in all aspects of operating the systems Performs and documents results of safety re inspection on an annual basis Maintains all related documents and files in a neat, orderly manner Other relative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
• Current and valid US driver’s license preferred
• Prior experience with Fire and Building codes required
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
• Due to job site and Federal contractual requirements, COVID-19 vaccination strongly preferred
