Requirements
- Fire & Life Safety Director (F-89, T-89, or Z-89 required where applicable)
- Active NYS Security Guard License (for applicable roles)
- Relevant certifications as required by position
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Availability to work assigned schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
