Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD
- Fundamental to advanced drafting skills and ability to read and understand construction blueprints
- Possess a willingness and desire to learn and be teachable
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve
Responsibilities
- Support Designers with system layout, field surveys, and submittal documents
- Utilize strong time management and multi-tasking to ensure deadlines are met
- Continue to learn and apply knowledge of design software and NFPA codes while working on real-time projects
