We are seeking a Firefighter Uniform Coordinator to join our dedicated team and serve as the first point of contact for our firefighter customers. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years customer service or retail experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working with software systems and workstations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist front counter sales and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of the front counter.
  • Help firefighters with uniform fittings.
  • Process web store uniform orders and alterations, including preparing detailed sales orders, forms, and invoices.
  • Estimate product delivery timelines based on production and shipping schedules.
  • Receive customer payments.
  • Educate and inform customers about all products and services offered by United Fire.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
