DNREC’s Outreach, Licensing and Grants Management Section provides administrative support to the Division of Fish and Wildlife by administering the recreational hunting and fishing licensing programs, overseeing administration of over $14 Million of federal grants, and providing educational and outreach programs for the agency. Click here for more information about Fish and Wildlife – Education and Outreach. This position oversees the programmatic side of Grants Management for the Division of Fish & Wildlife. The Grants Management program oversees over 75 federal grants annually totaling more than $15 million that cover operating budgets for staff including salaries, supplies, and contractual services. This position assists with development and submittal of grant applications and compliance documents, amendments, and interim and final performance reports using federal systems including TRACS, GrantSolutions, and eRA Commons. This position also assists with development and approval of contracts, MOA's/MOU's, subaward agreements, and procurement packages, ensuring compliance with state and grant terms and conditions. This position also helps develop and report on the Division’s annual budget.
