Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all gym members and guests
- Assist with new member sign-ups and guide them through the onboarding process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
- Answer member questions and help promote a positive fitness experience
- Support daily operations to ensure the fitness center runs smoothly
