About The Position

Midtown Athletic Club in Weston, Florida is searching for a passionate and driven Fitness Coach to join our team and help our members become the best version of themselves. At Midtown, every new coach—regardless of experience—begins as a Coach on Duty. This foundational role is designed to help you integrate into our unique culture, build strong relationships, and become a trusted ambassador of fitness within the club. It’s a launchpad for your success, giving you the opportunity to connect with members, understand their needs, and begin growing your personal training business. As a Coach on Duty, you’ll be actively present on the fitness floor—walking the space, engaging with members, answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Requirements

A genuine love of coaching and movement—you thrive on helping others grow.
A current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification (required).
A current CPR/AED certification (required).
Availability to work across all club hours, including weekends.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a thriving book of business.
