As a Fitness Coach, you will guide members through sustainable behavior change by delivering personalized coaching rooted in the three pillars of fitness: Movement – how the body moves, performs, and stays resilient Nutrition – habits that support fueling the body properly, provides the right amount of energy, and long-term health Recovery – sleep, stress management, and restoration (stretching, stretching, and stretching) This role is ideal for experienced coaches who lead with care, emotional intelligence, and curiosity, and who understand that trust and consistency drive results. This is not a traditional "personal trainer" role focused solely on workouts or volume. This is a coaching position for professionals who believe fitness is personal, relationships matter, education creates independence, and care drives retention and results.
