RiverWoods Manchester is currently hiring for a contract Tai Chi Instructor to join our Fitness team to lead Saturday morning classes! As a Tai Chi Instructor, you’ll help RiverWoods residents reach their goals in a supportive and energizing environment. You will: Lead group classes focused on proper form, movement, breathing, and flow while working with residents in Independent Living [IL] and Assisted Living [AL] Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for participants of all fitness levels Offer modifications and guidance based on individual needs Demonstrate techniques with clarity and enthusiasm Encourage consistent attendance and foster a sense of community in your classes Work in state-of-the-art facilities with high-quality equipment and spacious studios Track attendance and complete documentation as required RiverWoods is committed to providing the highest level of service and care to our residents and team members.
