The two-year rotational program will include rotations across our Investment Grade, Non-Investment Grade, and Multi Sector strategies. Opportunities within the teams will span across credit research, trading and portfolio analyst positions. Partner with portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders to perform in-depth industry and company research, analyze and optimize portfolios and learn how to take risk through trades. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidates with a strong academic record in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related STEM degree
  • Spring/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduates. Recent graduates and those who are early in their career will also be considered
  • Hungry, proactive, and avid learner with strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated knowledge of curiosity about fixed income analytics and markets
  • Solid experience in the development and construction of formula-drive spreadsheets such as Excel, including pivot tables and macros
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work successfully across the Fixed Income platform and the Firm
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

  • Experience in coding or scripting languages a plus
