About The Position

· Working with all segments at Cru: Custom, Veridian & Commercial . Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets. Assign tasks to crew members. Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely. Ensure the work truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment. Vehicle mechanical and safety inspection checklists must be completed before starting the day. Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials. Organize grading, set up, and concrete pouring. Order fill sand, gravel, and lumber. Ensure job-site conditions for safety and job quality, and notify your Project Manager of any changes or issues. Leave the jobsite clean and orderly upon completion of work. Company tools and equipment must be kept clean and in working condition. Review and check all timecards, complete all required internal reporting documents Complete final quality review of all jobsites. Attend required foreman and safety meetings. Requirements

  • Three years of minimum field experience in flatwork is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation
