Syracuse Glass The full-time Fleet Administrator is focused on optimizing daily route deliveries and assist drivers and customers. This position reports to the Fleet Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who has fleet administrator experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of Toyota Production System processes and a high-performance drive.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of similar traffic coordinator work experience is required
- Ability to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, prioritize workload, and have the capacity to multitask
- Excellent computer and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assists with delivery coordination, mapping out routes, and delivery logistics
- Keeps detailed records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting
- Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations
- Schedules and coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance to support fleet vehicle availability
