Fleet Coordinator
About The Position
HCI Systems Inc. is a licensed C-7, C-10 and C-16 systems integration contractor offering a full spectrum of services including sales, engineering, installation, service, and maintenance with over 600 employees in our seven branches. We offer fire life safety, fire suppression, fire sprinkler, access control, video management, intrusion detection, structured cable, nurse call and other related electronic detection solutions to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of office tasks in support of our operations and service teams.
Requirements
- Associate ‘s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledgeable about processing out of state registrations; FL, OH, TX, AZ, AL preferred
- Must provide strong and clear communication and be able to correspond to routine inquires
- High degree of self-discipline with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Good organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
- Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Tracking purchase orders, processing vendor payments, and documenting receipt
- Coordinating with vendors and drivers on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Support Warehouse, as needed
- XCelerate/Element Fleet System and OneStep GPS
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Technicians
- Complete and maintain all appropriate company paperwork as required
