We are seeking a Finance Manager who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment and understands that compliance, process, and lender relationships drive profitability. This role requires urgency, accuracy, and the ability to manage complex commercial transactions while delivering a premium guest experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years as an F&I Manager, preferably in luxury or commercial/fleet environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending structures and business credit
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)
  • Proven track record of strong PVR performance and product penetration results
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or Reynolds preferred
  • Valid Oregon F&I licensing (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Fleet or commercial vehicle experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive $2,000+ PVR average across fleet and Sprinter transactions
  • Achieve established goals for VSC, GAP, and maintenance product penetration
  • Maintain funding within 48 hours of deal delivery
  • Deliver 100% clean compliance audits with zero chargebacks
  • Structure competitive commercial financing solutions, including fleet and upfit packages
  • Build and manage diversified lender relationships (no lender concentration over 40%)
  • Ensure 100% menu presentation compliance and accurate deal documentation
  • Partner closely with Fleet Sales Managers to streamline high-volume and repeat business transactions
