About The Position

Operations Manager Arcadia, FL |Full-Time |$85,000–$105,000/year Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring a hands-on, results driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our Henderson, NC service location. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (unrestricted)
• Prior experience in operations or leadership in fleet or trailer maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of semi/trailer repair, equipment, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units.
• Supervise a team of Technicians ensuring timely preventative and corrective maintenance and inspection process
• Reduce fleet downtime through a structured PM schedule
• Oversee operations of the facility, service shop, and parts department
• Lead, train, and schedule technicians and support staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
• Manage safety compliance, facility upkeep, and inventory controls
• Responsible for new employee onboarding, performance reviews, and scheduling
• Support shop floor operations during peak times
• Coordinate internal warranties and project timelines
• Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
