About The Position

Were seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to assist the Fleet Manager with documentation and vehicle records. This is an entry-level administrative role focused on maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date fleet paperwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, office software)
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience with DMV paperwork or fleet operations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle titles, registrations, and renewals
  • Track inspection schedules and compliance deadlines
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Submit DMV and required regulatory paperwork
  • Monitor registration and inspection due dates
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding documentation
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Assist with additional fleet-related projects as assigned
