About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Fleet Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate interested in starting a career in fleet maintenance and management. The successful candidate will assist in keeping our fleet of vehicles and rolling assets road-ready, detailed, and in top condition. Training and mentorship will be provided to support your growth in this role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping vehicles clean and operational.
  • Willingness to learn basic mechanical and detailing skills
  • Dependable, punctual and eager to contribute to a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of vehicles maintenance or detailing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools and shop equipment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and wiring is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Check and top off fluids (oil, coolant, washer fluid, etc.).
  • Replace wiper blades, light bulbs, and filters.
  • Monitor and record tire condition and pressure.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Perform visual checks before and after use to ensure safety and readiness.
  • Report any damages, unusual sounds, or safety concerns.
  • Help document vehicle service records.
  • Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles regularly.
  • Keep interiors clean and presentable for use.
  • Ensure decals, markings, and equipment are in good condition.
  • Organize tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with moving vehicles around the yard or shop.
  • Help track mileage, service schedules, and inspection logs.
  • Shadow experienced Fleet Manager to build mechanical skills.
  • Follow safety procedures when working around vehicles and equipment.
  • Gain hands-on experience that can lead to higher-level technician roles.
  • Provide support to the Fleet Manager and Asset Manager as needed.
