About The Position

The Flex Associate Producer is responsible for supporting studio photo shoots for Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com. This includes the initial launch through planning and meetings, the execution of the shoot through facilitating crews and resources and summarizing the job by reporting accurate financial and shoot information. Further, the Flex Associate Producer supports special projects, merchandise flow and shifts, rush jobs and product department shoots. Flexibility in hours during peak periods required. Requirements

Minimum 2 years E-commerce experience – photo studio experience a plus
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work
