This is a temporary position. The FLEX Director of Integrated Marketing supports strategic planning and coordination for the Global Marketing team. This role, in close collaboration with the Marketing Strategy team, will support development of a global marketing strategic plan that aligns enterprise objectives and global marketing sub-objectives (e.g., Marriott Bonvoy and Brand consideration). To implement and execute on the global marketing strategic plan, this role will support marketing investment planning in collaboration with Marketing Strategy and Finance. In addition, this role stewards marketing communication, integration, and alignment among Global and Continent Marketing teams. They will support content development and orchestration of key global marketing forums that bring together marketing leaders to align on strategy, priorities, and performance.
