Pay: $25.00/hour Location: Allied Universal Security San Jose Office, CA Mileage reimbursement provided for multi-site travel2025 Gateway Pl #160, San Jose, CA 95110 - Read below and visit us Shift Windows — Flex Officer Day: 4:00 AM – 8:00 PM Swing: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM Grave: 8:00 PM – 12:00 PM (Noon) Full availability Monday–Sunday required (Exceptions will be discussed in-person, where applicable). Shifts are assigned based on operational need - ideal for candidates who want consistent work without being locked into a single window.

Requirements

Active California Guard Card (is preferred)
Valid California Driver's License — minimum 1 year, clean record
Must be able to articulate verbally and written format.
Personal vehicle required (rideshare is NOT sufficient for this role)
Willingness to support multiple client locations; travel up to 120 minutes one-way from Cupertino — mileage reimbursed (from Cupertino/Mileage Reimbursement)
Strong tech comfort: access control systems, badge platforms, mobile reporting tools
Professional communication — written and verbal
Flexible availability across all days and shift windows
21 years of age or older (to meet driving policy)
High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Must pass background check which includes a motor vehicle record and drug screen per applicable laws

Responsibilities

Manage access control, badge verification, and visitor processing at a corporate tech campus
Conduct patrols of buildings, common areas, and perimeters
Respond to incidents with composure and professionalism
Interact daily with employees, guests, and leadership — your presence sets the tone
Document activities using digital reporting tools
Maintain confidentiality in sensitive and restricted environments
