About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Flight Analysts (Level 3) to join the team in Everett, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Performs in-flight tests that measure integrated systems compliance with design, customer and federal regulatory requirements Diagnoses, documents and resolves problems during flight tests; assists with performs in-flight repairs and configuration changes Analyzes causes of system failures and works with engineering to resolve problems Develops and delivers training on new systems, test and operational procedures Provides airline customers immediate technical consultation on the product features, reliability issues and problem resolution Assists with the definition, development, implementation and improvement of test procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft systems to include diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical or operation problems/procedures
  • 3+ years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety requirements
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of general knowledge of flight and flight crew operations publication standards (Operations Manual Specifications) including software and the process for inputting, storing, searching, and modifying aircraft system information and aircraft configuration management
  • Airframe and Powerplant License
  • 5+ years of Field Operations and Customer interaction experience
  • 5+ years of experience presenting resolution concerns to Senior Leadership and Customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
