About The Position

Flight Operations Dispatcher is responsible for the following: Serve as central point of contact for all domestic and international flight operations Mitigate all risk associated with our flights to ensure a safe and efficient operation Safely coordinate with our customer base, the release, and dispatch of all flights Act as liaison for supplemental charter procurement Demonstration: Under minimal supervision, dispatch and schedule corporate aircraft and flight crew to effectively meet company goals. Serve as the central point of contact for flight operations, coordinating communication between Sales and Marketing, service centers, corporate offices, customers, flight crew, accounting, and maintenance departments.Test: Under minimal supervision, dispatch and schedule flight test aircraft or flight operations experimental, initial phase, final phase and service center aircraft and flight crew to effectively meet company goals. Serve as the central point of contact for worldwide flight test operations, coordinating communication between, initial phase, final phase, service centers, corporate offices, sales, customers, flight crew, accounting, and maintenance departments.Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements: Advanced experience with aircraft scheduling and flight planning software. Prior experience in a military or civilian flight operations.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 6 years experience with international air transportation operations.
  • Advanced experience with aircraft scheduling and flight planning software.
  • Prior experience in a military or civilian flight operations.
  • This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA Licensed Dispatcher preferred but not required
  • Advanced experience with aircraft scheduling and flight planning software.
  • Business or Military aviation scheduling/dispatch background preferred
  • International and Charter trip management background preferred
  • FOS/Horizon Scheduling application background preferred but not required
