About The Position

This position is a full-time float position. Will require floating to practices in Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Dumfries, Lorton and Stafford. Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Qualified Candidate!

Requirements

High School or Equivalent
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
EMT Basic Certification (EMT) within the state(s) of practice

Responsibilities

Medical Assistant performs patient care
Medical Assistant performs administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations
Medical Assistant performs tasks as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
