Under the direction of a professional nurse, assists in the provision of patient care through direct care activities, reporting observations, and obtaining supplies and equipment. Provides patient support as assigned and as directed for a variety of activities including (but not limited to): nutrition services, transport, daily hygiene, mobility, and data collection. Member of the nursing care team.
