The Float Pool plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be currently enrolled in an RN program AND have completed the first clinical rotation OR hold a current SRNA certification
• Must obtain BLS within 90 days from date of hire

Responsibilities

• Providing assigned care according to scope of practice
