About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Floater Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning. As an Floater Assistant Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
  • Have an awarded High School Diploma/GED.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Prefer 45 DCF hours
