Were seeking an experienced Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Knoxville region. This role is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys variety in their workday.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays as needed
• Willing and able to travel between assigned communities
• Professional, dependable, and results-driven
• Ability to walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Entrata preferred
• Social media/marketing experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and close leases
• Support occupancy goals across multiple communities
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Maintain accurate leasing files and ensure apartment readiness
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident retention efforts
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
