Floor Attendant
About The Position
This position earns Tips. Responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if jackpot is valid. Obtains customer identification and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws. Provides excellent customer service to slot players by answering questions about the machines and other general inquiries. Advises floor supervisors of any high level customer service issues. Works with cage cashiers to cash out jackpots. Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports. Assists other floor attendants as necessary. All other duties assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Must have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must have keen attention to detail.
- Must have strong team work skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
