About The Position

"Master of the Hallways, Guardian of the Grades" The Budd Group is seeking a FLOOR CARE WORKER for an educational facility in the McClellanville area of Charleston As a JANITORIAL FLOOR CARE WORKER, your primary duties will be to maintain floors including tiled, carpeted, and granite.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test

Responsibilities

• Mixing chemicals according to package directions
• Using floor care equipment such as buffers, strippers, and burnishers
• Cleaning floors with said equipment and removing and scuffs, buffs, and scratches
• Maintain floors by daily sweeping, dust and wet mopping.
• Stripping and waxing during break periods
