Store Support is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining consistent execution across departments, and delivering exceptional Guest Service. This position is accountable for effectively opening and/or closing the store and acting as a liaison between store-level teams and Store Leadership. The Store Support ensures adherence to Plum Market policies, monitors operational compliance, and supports a culture of high performance, safety, and hospitality.
