Genesis of Portland is seeking a results-driven Floor Manager to lead, develop, and support our sales team while maintaining strong F&I oversight and operational compliance. Requirements

  • Proven success in a sales management or leadership role
  • Minimum 2+ years of automotive F&I experience
  • Strong understanding of compliance, CIT management, and dealership financial processes
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Professional presence consistent with a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store training, mentorship, and real-time coaching to improve sales effectiveness
  • Maintain active CRM engagement, including a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day
  • Develop and implement performance action plans for underperforming sales consultants
  • Lead and work alongside the sales team daily to drive performance and maintain high closing ratios
  • Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all F&I policies, dealership procedures, and state and federal regulations
  • Manage daily CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash reconciliation processes
  • Structure deals and support negotiations to maximize profitability while protecting customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Finance Department to ensure accurate documentation and smooth deal flow
  • Support company initiatives, operational improvements, and additional assigned projects
