Responsibilities are to perform the day-to-day activities of janitorial services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 18-years of age
• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing techniques
• Must be able to use buffing machine
• Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect

Nice To Haves

• Previous floor care experience is preferred, will train
