Requirements

Current Valid Driver’s License
Positive Work History: A track record of reliability and dedication.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: The ability to spot even the tiniest speck of dust.
Customer Service Skills: A friendly and helpful attitude toward our valued customers.
Exceptional Communication: Effective verbal and written skills to keep everyone in the loop.
High School Diploma/GED: A foundational educational background to support your success.
Physical Capability: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds to tackle the heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
Drug Test and Background Check: Ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all.

Responsibilities

Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
Tile and Grout cleaning
Performing deep clean services
Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply
Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
Commercial window cleaning
Post-construction clean up
Pressure washing
