About The Position
The Budd Group is seeking FLOOR TECHNICIANS for educational facilities in the MT PLEASANT area of Charleston Need extra cash?? Let us help YOU beat inflation!💲 LOCATION: Mt. Pleasant, SC (From one end of 17 to the other end) PAY: $17.00/hr 💰
Requirements
- Must have prior floor care experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
Responsibilities
- Hard Surface Restoration: Perform stripping, scrubbing, sealing, and waxing of VCT and stone floors.
- Carpet Extraction: Execute deep-cleaning cycles on classrooms and office carpets using extractors and spot-treat chemicals.
- Equipment Mastery: Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on auto-scrubbers, side-by-side buffers, and industrial vacuums.
- Mixing chemicals according to package directions
