About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Flooring Installer to join our team in the Lafayette area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 0–3 years of experience who are looking to grow their skills in the flooring industry.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of flooring or general construction experience
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Lafayette area
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform flooring installations from start to finish (demo, prep, install, and cleanup)
- Work with a variety of materials including LVP, hardwood, laminate, and carpet
- Measure, cut, and install flooring with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
