About The Position

Make an Impact in Our Test Lab Help us bring innovative pump products to market and enhance the performance of those our customers already rely on. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, fabricating, and evaluating pump systems—then translating results into meaningful insights for our engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; or a 2-year technical/associate degree in a related field plus 1–3 years of experience.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Understanding of AC and DC power systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• machinist experience for fixture/part fabrication.
• Hands-on familiarity with pumps and pump systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled test plans for pumps and components.
• Plumb, wire, and commission AC/DC test setups; operate specialized test equipment safely and effectively.
• Log, tabulate, and report results; prepare clear documentation in Microsoft Office.
• Analyze trends and anomalies; recommend next steps to stakeholders.
• Fabricate fixtures and parts to support new or unique test configurations.
• Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and rebuild pumps to verify findings.
• Follow existing work instructions; draft new procedures where gaps exist.
• Support additional tasks as assigned; travel is minimal (under 5%).
