This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. You will report directly to the Sr Manager of Program Strategy & Delivery for the New Glenn Stage 2 & Payload Accommodations (GS2PA) Fluid Systems, and directly support all aspects of project management to include cost, schedule, technical design, risk & opportunity, change management, and cross-functional coordination. The Program Strategy & Delivery group is responsible for leading strategic cross functional projects to guide high value and high impact decisions across the program. You will use your management skills to identify, propose, and execute process improvements initiatives to efficiently fulfill New Glenn Stage 2 & Payload Accommodations objectives. You will drive the strategic planning and efficient execution of next generation Fluid Systems design and implementation. You will use your project management and engineering skills to organize schedules and program plans to ensure development, qualification, and production hardware is delivered and support the New Glenn build flow. You will use your technical background to understand and effectively communicate with Blue Origin engineering and production internal organizations. You will be accountable as a TPM for planning, executing, and monitoring projects according to strict deadlines as well as integrating with the overall vehicle programs. You will present status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management, as well as interfacing with various stakeholders within Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other organizations. You will manage the coordination of demand, prioritization, and timely execution of the Fluid Systems hardware builds in concert with multifunctional teams across the country.
