Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions Provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers by embodying the Cirrus Service Essentials and abiding by the Cirrus Guiding Principles. Manage club member invoicing, financial account management and payment collection. Plan, coordinate, build, and maintain an efficient, safe, and productive schedule that allows flying club members throughout Cirrus to meet their goals and objectives which maximizes efficiency. Partner with the Flight Operations, and Fleet Administration teams to adjust the schedules to accommodate customer, capacity, or maintenance changes. Coordinate with service centers to schedule and complete routine maintenance or repairs, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and prioritized according to company needs. Ensure that all Flying Club aircraft are following the correct maintenance plan and are in compliance with any maintenance periods and checks Ensure all records for training events and rentals are compliant with Cirrus’ record-keeping requirements, applicable FAA/EASA, and TSA requirements, as well as any specific accounting requirements. Create a culture of safety and positive quality of life by maintaining the schedule that is compliant with all applicable FAA FAR’s, Cirrus Flight Operations Manual and Cirrus’ policies and procedures. Track, remind pilots and assist with scheduling of currency requirements Provide new member Club orientation, scheduling software setup and payroll deduction for dues Monitoring and ensuring student financial accounts are current. Maintain, update and communicate Club metrics. Reviews, codes, and routes invoices for approval (rental and instruction) Coordinating with Club instructors to ensure aircraft maintenance is forecast and scheduled. Managing the Club wait list in coordination with club president and operations officers. Managing the Club roster and email distribution list Attend meetings and distribute meeting minutes Assists with TSA audits. Exhibit exceptional communication that is clear, concise, and accurate to disseminate information to all parties involved to include club memberships, club leadership, and company executives and other stakeholders.
