The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of Support Services projects.

  • 3-5 Years of Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle any large project assigned by theDirector,nomatterwhich part of Support Services. (Estimating, Supply Chain, Project coordination / Management)
  • Managethe project plans and drive the plans to execution.
  • Manages all aspects of the process including budget development, the bid process, projectacceptance, quality of work including warranty response, schedules, and financial reports.
  • Plans,schedules, estimates, and coordinates projects withcustomers, staff,contractors,andapplicable parties.
  • Consults with registered architects and professional engineers toassureconformitywithcustomer needs, project requirements, schedules, budgets, safety issues, building codes,The Joint Commission (TJC), and ADA standards.
  • Establishes andmaintainscourteous and cooperative relations with staff, departments,vendors, andcustomers,including providing clear communications toappropriate parties.
  • Explain implications of changes to project scope and/orobjectivesto the client and to theproject team.
  • Create orparticipatein the creation of project documentationlike SOPs.
  • Establish andmaintaina usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of aproject.
  • Determineproject roles of team members based on project requirements, timeframesand budget.
  • Determineresource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) ofrequirements, highqualityand acceptance.
  • Responsible for formalsignoff on all projectdeliverables; this will often includecoordinating input and involvement from stakeholders.
  • Ensure project meets internal and customer expectations with respect to quality, budget,delivery timelines, and strategy.
  • Identify, track,manageand mitigateriskon specific customer engagements.Escalate theseissues when necessary to ensure minimal impacttoquality, budget, and timeline.
  • Work with applicable parties to ensure customers achieve an understanding ofexpectations,deliverable, dependencies, risks, progress and the bright worksdevelopment process.
  • If needed, create customized reporting for the customer or team to secure sign offon deliverable or documentation.
  • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines,milestonesand other keyproject metrics to customers and team members.
  • Track and report weekly on percent complete, budget burn, earned value, slippage,projecteffortand duration to complete, and other key project metrics.
