About The Position

Business at Davis is thriving! Sales are up, so we are actively seeking new team members to meet the continually growing demand, so we are looking for a Foam Fabricator to add to the team. This person is responsible for spraying adhesive and adhering foam products to plywood, foam and plastic. The foam fabricator must be capable of fabricating foam and upholstered items with attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to hold a spray glue gun and rotate arm to spray glue for 8+ hours a day
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications, using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
• Align and fit parts according to specifications,
• Move parts into position, manually.
• Position, align, fit, and form pieces to complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications.
• Lift or move materials and finished products.
• Spray adhesive glue
