About The Position

As a Focus Firm Relationship Manager, you will support Key Premier and Elite 1 Focus Firm Back Office Relationships. The Service Relationship Management team is designed to bring consistency and continuity in handling service issues, exceptions, and escalations. We want to hear from you if you can Review, research and evaluate customer/firm issues Handle complex service-related problems in a timely manner Work within SRM guidelines to responsiveness of cases Working directly with Focus Firms on projects, initiatives, errors, and escalations. Attend and facilitate in person and virtual firm meeting and conferences. Facilitate change within Corebridge and the firm to improve and streamline business. Proactive Communication of changes/issues Responsible for Firm and OMR scorecards Sharing results & opportunities for improvement Ensure departments are adhering to firm rules Relationship build with focus firms, business units, intercompany service departments, Strategic Accounts, Internal/External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors Facilitate exception reviews Develop resolution recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years combined experience with Annuities and/or Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of fixed, index and variable products and processes
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high energy level
  • Proven track record of problem solving skills
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work with Senior Management across business lines without supervision
  • Strong team player
  • Enjoys fast paced environment
  • Attendance and performance must be in good standing

Responsibilities
