FOH Shift Lead
About The Position

We are looking for service shift leads who are committed to inspiring an up-beat, productive and fun team environment. You will help grow the business by creating genuine experiences and building positive relationships with guests, our team, and vendors. Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty, The Win~Dow, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks and Coffee, Pitfire Pizza.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food, with at least one year in a Supervisor or Shift Lead role- pizza experience a plus!
- Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members
- Commitment to our service standards and excellent training
- Create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality
- Calm, positive and solutions oriented when under pressure
