The FOIA Program Manager leads and oversees Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) operations for federal programs or agencies. This role combines strategic leadership, program management, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance assurance. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for agency leadership and contractor teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and legally defensible information disclosure processes while supporting federal transparency goals and policy compliance. This position is ideal for seasoned FOIA professionals with extensive experience managing complex, multi-agency programs, who can drive performance, optimize processes, and lead teams effectively.
