As a Host, you will: Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism Create a positive first impression by welcoming guests promptly Manage guest flow and seating to ensure an exceptional dining experience Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set at all times Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and service team Assist servers and team members as needed to support smooth operations Monitor wait times and communicate updates to guests accurately Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards Handle guest questions or concerns with courtesy and care Contribute to a team-oriented, high-energy work environment To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

  • Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of hosting experience
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License.
  • Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
