About The Position

Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times. • Lead team by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working conditions • Assist as needed in the completion of business-related functions including weekly inventory, proper ordering, timekeeping etc. • Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times. • Able to communicate concerns up the proper channels for resolution • Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests. • Must be able to abide by all cash handling standards. • Must have knowledge of all department of health standards or have the ability to learn. • Must have knowledge of the Point of Sale system or have the ability to learn. • Must be comfortable and capable of leading a team. • Must work well with a team. • Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. • Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner. • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform. • Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Qualifications: • Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays. • Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary. • Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. • Must be able to work in any weather condition. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
