Laughter is literally part of the job! The Brooklyn Improv is looking for energetic and outgoing Food and Drink Runners to join the team. Before you apply, take a look at the job duties below: Have a passion for true hospitality! Must love taking care of all guests! We strive to create a memorable experience for all patrons, so top-notch customer service is a must. Say yes, thank you, my pleasure, or allow me 1000 times per shift! Partner with bartenders, servers, and anyone else to ensure service stations are set-up, maintained, and broken down correctly. Make sure anyone who is ordering alcohol is old enough to legally partake. Expo food, drinks, and other items as indicated by the ticket (usually all at the same time)! Listen to guest needs and quickly obtain what is needed. Be attentive to whether a guest needs to find transportation home due to alcohol intake and inform appropriate members of management. Maintain the showroom and clear as needed. Give us suggestions on how to enhance service whenever a breakdown is identified, we want to hear from you frequently!
