About The Position
Coyote Springs Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Food and Beverage Operations Staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Located approximately 50 miles outside of the Las Vegas Strip, Coyote Springs Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Experience. Since opening in 2008, Coyote Springs is considered by most to be Jack’s finest desert creation! Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
- Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong service orientation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Nevada Driver’s License, current & valid.
- Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.
- Health Card (SNHD), current & valid.
- Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events.
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
