As the Food & Beverage Director at the AC Hotel Capitol Hill/Navy Yard, you will lead and oversee all F&B operations within the hotel, including restaurant outlets, banquet events, and in-room dining. This position is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement innovative concepts and maintain service excellence aligned with Concord's core values. In this role, you will oversee three managers who lead the day-to-day operations for: Smoke & Mirrors Rooftop [https://www.smokeandmirrorsrooftop.com/] AC Lounge and AC Breakfast [https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/wasao-ac-hotel-washington-dc-capitol-hill-navy-yard/dining/] Three event spaces [https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/wasao-ac-hotel-washington-dc-capitol-hill-navy-yard/events/] within the hotel You will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and operational guidance to ensure consistency, excellence, and alignment across all venues.
