Step into the future of food with The Good Eating Company at the Silicon Valley headquarters of a global tech firm. In this high-visibility role, you’ll oversee 8 Micro-Kitchens and 2 premium cafes, leading a specialized team of up to 10 in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Ditch the late nights and weekends for a premier Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule where culinary creativity meets cutting-edge corporate culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You are a natural leader who knows how to get people working together, from entry-level staff to senior executives.
  • Priority Management: You stay calm under pressure, handling several big tasks at once while keeping everyone informed and feeling supported.
  • Adaptive Flexibility: You thrive in change. When the tech world moves fast, you pivot quickly and take on new challenges without missing a beat.
  • Systems Expertise: You are tech-savvy and comfortable using automated tools for inventory and ordering, along with software for designing menus.

Responsibilities

  • Micro-Kitchen Mastery: Drive hospitality excellence across 8 Micro-Kitchens and 2 premium cafes.
  • Operational Excellence: Mastermind daily front-of-house operations to ensure a world-class guest experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Meet financial targets through expert management of cash-handling and POS systems.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate elite partnerships with our tech-sector clients and customers.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach, a team of up to 10 frontline employees to peak performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety and service standards across all service points.
