About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the oversight of daily operations of the F&B department while actively participating in service. This role is integral in ensuring smooth service across all outlets and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operation
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and interpret regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS system(s)
  • Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License and Liquor Serving Permit
  • Must be of the legal minimum required age (21+) to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises personnel employed in the Food and Beverage Department
  • Assist service team on the floor. This includes helping seat guests, helping behind the bar, running food, and assisting expo & bussing teams.
  • Facilitates sales/customer service/operations interface daily
  • Supervises division activities, overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets
  • Ensures profitability, efficient operations and adherence to established safety and quality standards daily
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed
  • Administers state liquor laws as they pertain to operations daily
  • Deals with guests’ challenges and communicates all issues with Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Managers
  • Assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged and following through on all requests
  • Represents organization as point of contact ensuring guests’ needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Ensures a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment that need repair immediately and that the work area is clean and orderly
  • Demonstrates CH Values, OMG Service Spirit, and OMG Service Essentials and lead by example
